So what is FTP?
FTP is short for File Transfer Protocol and Zeta, like all operating systems that respect themselves, supports it natively. This means you can setup FTP using nothing more than a PC with a network card and the Zeta OS.

What do I need to setup a Network?
Well, you need at least 2 computers with network cards (Zeta compatible) and a crossover network cable. If you have more than 2 computers, you also need a hub or switch and as many normal network cables as there are computers. This HowTo only talks about the first case, although the principal applies to both.
